"Feels worth it after a little use"
I was a little hesitant because it felt a bit pricey at first, but once I started using it for work, my mood changed quickly. It’s been paying for itself faster than I expected.
"Good tools, but the price adds up"
The tools themselves are solid and I’ve mostly had a good experience using them. My main issue is the subscription cost, it starts to add up fast. When I tried to get a clearer answer about pricing, I also felt a bit passed around, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.
"Support was slow and honestly kind of useless"
I reached out about a license issue and it felt like nobody was actually reading what I was saying. Every reply was basically the same copy-paste response, and then I’d wait days just to get another one. Like, I’m paying this much and still can’t get a real answer? Make it make sense. The issue still isn’t fixed, and at this point I’m not planning to use them again if I can avoid it

"Solid tools, but the crashes get frustrating"
I’ve used Autodesk on and off for projects, and for the most part it does what I need. When it’s running smoothly, the tools are really useful and familiar. But I’ve definitely had those moments, especially with larger files, where it randomly freezes and throws off my workflow. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it reminds me of why I get nervous every time there’s a new update. I just wish the stability was a little more consistent.

"I don’t know why the updates keep messing things up"
I don’t know why, but the latest updates made things worse for me again. My usual workflow was working fine before, and now it feels like I have to figure everything out all over again

"Good tools, but kinda frustrating sometimes"
I use autodesk often for drawings and 3D stuff, and most days it gets the job done just fine. The tools are solid and I can usually do what I need without too much trouble. But man, it can get slow at random times, and some updates end up changing settings or messing with my workflow, which is annoying. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish it felt a bit more stable considering how much it costs.

"Fits into my design workflow well"
I use autodesk pretty much every day for design work, and honestly... it fits my workflow well. Switching between drafting and modeling feels smooth, and keeping files organized is fairly straightforward. It does slow down here and there, and some of the menus take a bit of getting used to, but overall... yeah, it gets the job done.

"Install went smooth, tbh"
I grabbed it from autodesk.com and the install was mostly chill. It did take a hot minute though, and it asked me to restart once, which was kinda annoying.
After that, logging in and getting the license set up worked fine, no major drama. I do wish the installer wasn’t so bulky, but overall it was easy enough to follow and got the job done.
"I found what I needed quickly and..."
I found what I needed quickly and didn’t have any trouble using the site, so that part was fine. Still, based on the situation, I do feel like an apology would’ve been the right thing to do

"Solid tools, just takes a bit to get the hang of"
autodesk has been good for me overall. I’ll be honest, it felt a little overwhelming at first, and there’s definitely a learning curve. But once I spent some time with the tutorials and just kept using it, things started to click. It’s not perfect, but yeah, it’s a solid set of tools once you get comfortable with it.

"The Autodesk docs saved me a lot..."
The Autodesk docs saved me a lot of time while I was setting up Fusion and dealing with some licensing stuff. Was easy enough to follow, and the screenshots actually matched what I had on my screen, which is not always the case with software docs.
Found what I needed without bouncing around a bunch of random forum threads. Nice having the setup steps and answers all in one place.

"I tried using Autodesk’s training resources..."
I tried using Autodesk’s training resources because I figured it would help me get up to speed faster, but it just ended up making the whole process more confusing.
Some of the videos feel outdated, and a few steps didn’t even match what I was seeing on my screen. At that point I was bouncing around forums trying to figure things out myself, which is kind of ridiculous considering how much the software costs. Like, give me a break.
The support links weren’t much better either, since they kept sending me in circles instead of giving clear answers. Maybe it’s fine if you already know what you’re doing, but for a regular user trying to learn, it was frustrating

"I got so annoyed when I saw I’d..."
I got so annoyed when I saw I’d been charged because I totally forgot to cancel my autodesk plan. That kind of thing usually turns into a whole back-and-forth mess, so I was already bracing myself for a headache. But support actually checked it quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. Still frustrating that I got charged in the first place, but at least the billing side was clearer than I expected and it didn’t become some huge hassle.
"Getting into my account was more hassle than promised"
I needed to log in to my Autodesk account to grab a file, and it took way longer than it should have. They make it sound like resetting your password is quick and easy, but the email didn’t show up right away, so I was just sitting there waiting.
Once I finally got in, everything was still there and nothing seemed to be missing, so I’ll give them credit for that. The actual account side was fine after the annoying login part was over.
Still, the whole sign-in process feels clunky, and it’s frustrating when companies promise a smooth experience but don’t really deliver. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely wasn’t as simple as it should’ve been.

"Licensing works, but it’s kind of a hassle sometimes"
Once Autodesk licensing is all set up, it mostly does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. The annoying part is managing users and seats, which can get more confusing than I think it needs to be. We also had a couple of renewal issues where things didn’t show up right away, and support took a while to get it sorted out. Maybe it’s just me, but it kind of feels like the system was built around internal processes more than actual customers. Overall, it works, but it’s not exactly smooth

"I use Autodesk for sharing work files..."
I use Autodesk for sharing work files, and I appreciate how straightforward the security settings are. The login alerts and access controls give me a lot more peace of mind when I’m sending designs around to my team. So far, I haven’t run into any strange issues, which I’m really thankful for. It’s not flashy or anything, it just feels dependable.

"System requirements are kinda ridiculous"
I tried getting autodesk installed and it was such a pain. It kept acting like my computer needed more and more hardware just to run it. The requirements were confusing too, like not super clear what I actually needed. I spent hours checking specs and messing with settings and still couldnt get it working right. Frustrating experiance overall.

"Cloud sharing has been kind of frustrating"
I mean, Autodesk works fine enough on my desktop, so it’s not like the whole thing is bad. But the cloud sharing side has been frustrating. Files can take a while to sync, and a few times my team ended up looking at older versions without realizing it. It’s not completely unusable, I guess, but for what it costs, I expected it to feel a lot smoother. Support did get back to us eventually, but even that felt slower than I’d hoped.

"Solid tools, but it can be slow"
I’ve had a decent experience with the Autodesk site overall. Most days it works just fine, but sometimes the pages take a while to load and downloads can be slower than I’d like. It’s not a huge deal, but it definitely gets annoying when I’m trying to get stuff done.

"Opened my files just fine"
I moved my DWG files between apps and this just worked without any real fuss. No weird issues or anything like that.
